INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams of mixed vegetables
  • Water to taste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Wild fennel essential oil (1/2 drops)

procedure

Cook the vegetables in the right amount of salted water for about 40 minutes;
