White fir essential oil (Abies Alba) with its sweet and spicy scent, it takes us into the enchanted world of Nordic fairy tales.

on the functionality of the urinary tract and for joint health.
In Aromatherapy it is considered an excellent blood circulation stimulant, it finds a valid use in cases of arthritis, osteoarthritis and muscle pain.
For aromatherapists, the fundamental property of silver fir is to relieve lung disorders. Its balsamic fragrance is a cure-all for colds, flu, coughs, sinusitis, laryngitis and bronchitis. Aromatherapists suggest it is used in fumigation as an excellent expectorant.
It is used as a remedy for oily hair.
Also excellent for a nice wellness bath, a few drops emulsified in milk, cream, coarse salt or honey to add to the hot water in your tub.
The main psycho-aromatherapy effect of Silver Fir is energy, it stimulates and activates inner strength and fights crises, it intervenes on anxiety, on the feeling of inadequacy and on the inferiority complex.
Thanks to its purifying effect, its use is recommended in environments with stagnant and smoky air through a diffuser.
- Room diffuser: a few drops in water
- Suffumigi: a few drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt in hot water, keep your eyes and mouth closed
- Bath tub: a few drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to put in hot water (used to prevent the oil from volatilizing due to the heat)
- Massages: we recommend diluting a few drops of essential oil in a spoonful of carrier oil.
Warnings: Do not use if you have chronic diseases, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use on children under 6 years of age.
