Cardamom Essential Oil (Elettaria Cardamomum) it is a spice, which has always been used in Arab and Indian cuisine.
The use of cardamom dates back to about 3000 years ago, mentioned in Ayurvedic medicine, and in the writings of Hippocrates and Dioscorides.

Suggested uses:

  • Diffuser: 1/3 drops of oe in 100ml of water
  • Suffumigi: a few drops of oe emulsified in coarse salt in 1 liter of hot water for about 20 minutes. Keep eyes and mouth closed.
  • Bath tub: 8/10 drops of oe emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to put in hot water (it is used to prevent the essential oil from volatilizing)
  • Massages: we recommend diluting 1/2 drops of oe in a tablespoon of oil via
  • Culinary use: we recommend 1/2 drops of oe in 100 gr. of food after cooking, stirred into a seasoning. We suggest always starting from the lowest recommended dose, possibly increasing the drops in the future.
