We have long recommended essential oils as food flavourings, but they are not easy to use due to their intensity.
Per questo abbiamo creato Dipinto, una linea di 18 oli d’oliva aromatizzati, biologici, raffinati, da usare a crudo o a fine cottura, di facilissimo uso.

The Dipinto line is composed of a blend of extra virgin olive oil obtained from 400 plants of Santa Bianca flavored with a mix of pure and natural essential oils with 100%

Dipinto N.02 contiene Olio extravergine di oliva aromatizzato con oli essenziali di Bitter Orange, Wild Fennel And Cannella.

L’olio essenziale di Arancia Amara vien ottenuto per spremitura dalla bucce del frutto, le sue note profumate vengono contrastate dall’amaro tipico e riconoscibilissimo che gli è proprio, il Finocchio Selvatico viene raccolto spontaneo nei campi di Santa Bianca e ai margini del nostro bosco, viene distillato in corrente di vapore esattamente come la Cannella che proviene dallo Sri Lanka, il profumo di questo blend è la somma perfetta della composizione aromatica in cucina, un agrume, un erba aromatica e una spezia, il risultato è rotondo e avvolgente.

Provalo in una vellutata di verdure, o in una zuppa di pesce, ottimo sul polipo, prepara dei crostini sfiziosi o mettilo nell’impasto dei tuoi biscotti.

Since the beginning of 2019 we can boast the CE Recognition No. IT AAE 090 051, which regulates the production and use of food flavorings at a Community level.

We practice a completely natural agriculture, we don't even give our plants the medicines that are allowed by the biological regulation.

Our essential oils are distilled with an ancient method that dates back to 1000 AD, we respect the times of the plant by working it for as long as necessary and allowing the essential oil obtained to mature until it is completely stable.

Our distillers are built according to the canons of the golden section, drawing on knowledge built by man over thousands of years of experience.
