Description
Himalayan Fir Essential Oil (Abies Spectabilis) it is a symbol of vigor and spiritual elevation, it is native to Nepal where it lives between 2,300 and 3,600 meters above sea level.
The trunk of the plant can reach sixty meters in height and perhaps this is also why it is used in the art of Bonsai.
They are Essential Oils that take time to act and therefore should be used in the medium and long term.
It is used as a bridge between essential oils and is therefore highly recommended for creating Synergistic blends.
In aromatherapy it is considered an excellent blood circulation stimulant, it finds a valid use in cases of arthritis, osteoarthritis and muscle pain.
Using a carrier oil, apply Himalayan fir to the affected areas.
In aromatherapy, the fundamental property of the Himalayan fir is to relieve lung disorders. Its balsamic fragrance is a cure-all for colds, flu, coughs, sinusitis, laryngitis and bronchitis. Used in fumigations it is an excellent expectorant.
Thanks to its purifying effect, its use is recommended in environments with stagnant and smoky air with a ultrasonic diffuser
Suggested uses:
- Room diffuser: 6/7 drops in 100 ml of water
- Suffumigi: 3/4 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt in 1 liter of hot water for 20 minutes. Keep eyes and mouth closed
- Bath tub: 8/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to put in hot water (used to prevent the oil from volatilizing due to the heat)
- Massages: we recommend diluting 2/3 drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil.
Warnings: Do not use if you have chronic diseases, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use on children under 6 years of age.
