Oil Painting - Flavored With Orange Leaves

Description

We have long recommended essential oils as food flavourings, but they are not easy to use due to their intensity.
That's why we created Painting, a line of 18 flavored olive oils, organic, refined, to be used raw or after cooking, very easy to use.

The Dipinto line is composed of a blend of extra virgin olive oil obtained from 400 plants of Santa Bianca flavored with a mix of pure and natural essential oils with 100%

Painting N.16 contains Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavored with essential oils of Petit Grain Bigarade.

Petit Grains are obtained by steam distillation of the small fruits, branches and leaves of citrus fruits, in this Painting we used Bigarade, or Bitter Orange, this particular essential oil allows us to complete the characteristic notes of the citrus fruit with all the green and herbaceous part of the plant thus creating something new and surprising.

Try it on salads or to season legumes, it is excellent for seasoning boiled meat or fish, both raw and cooked, you can also use it in the dough for a chocolate and almond cake or for your biscuits.
