We have long recommended essential oils as food flavourings, but they are not easy to use due to their intensity.
That's why we created Painting, a line of 18 flavored olive oils, organic, refined, to be used raw or after cooking, very easy to use.

The Dipinto line is composed of a blend of extra virgin olive oil obtained from 400 plants of Santa Bianca flavored with a mix of pure and natural essential oils with 100%

Painting N.04 contains Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavored with essential oils of Yellow Mandarin, Green Mandarin, Cloves And Myrtle.

The essential oils of the citrus fruits are obtained by squeezing the peels, it is also the case of our mandarins that we have produced in Sicily where these plants give their best, the Myrtle is grown and distilled in Santa Bianca where we also distill the cloves, the blend it is a perfect aromatic omposition, herbaceous, citrus and spicy blend in a very good flavor and aroma where it is possible to distinguish, in the middle of the symphony, the elements of which it is composed

Ennoble a salad or season sautéed vegetables, try it on an aubergine caponata or a vegetable soup, it's fantastic on roast suckling pig but also to flavor a side dish of lentils, try it in the dough for biscuits or cakes
