Description
Corsican pine essential oil (Pinus Nigra) symbol of perseverance and courage, it is known for the hardness of the wood.
In aromatherapy it performs a purifying action, it helps to eliminate phlegm. It is also used in arthritis.
It is used in the kitchen, try using it in an omelette, to flavor an oil to season fish or meat or to make flavored butter.
Due to its characteristics it is able both to stimulate and to stabilize undecided characters, improving with the mood also the desire to do and above all to imagine.
Suggested uses and dosage:
- Room diffuser: 2/3 drops in 100 ml of water. We suggest accompanying it with other essential oils.
- Bath tub: 5/ 10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to put in hot water (used to prevent the oil from volatilizing due to the heat)
- Massage: 1% of essential oil in a tablespoon of oil through or neutral cream
- Culinary use: with eggs, meat, fish, soups (1 drop every 100 g of food)
Warnings: Use sparingly. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding.
