INGREDIENTS

45ml London Dry Gin
10ml Galliano the authentic
15ml fino sherry (tio pepe)
1 dash of Bitter Truth Celery bitter
Essentia Helichrysum

procedure

Mix all ingredients with ice and serve on a block of ice in a rocks glass.
