Signature Cocktail Recipes: Nando Fernando by Luca Picchi

Hi Claudio,
I decided to offer you a drink inspired by the “Fernandito” cocktail, originally from Argentina and now very popular in South America, so much so that it was recently included in the “contemporary classic” category of the recent new official IBA cocktail book.
The original recipe is made up of Fernet Branca and Coca-Cola, tout court.

INGREDIENTS

40ml GIN
15 ml NARDINI BITTER
Drops of fresh lemon juice
Chinotto
SPRAY ON TOP: Essentia Grapefruit

procedure

Mix the gin, Amaro Nardini and fresh lemon in a glass filled with ice, then fill with Chinotto.
Spray on top Essentia Grapefruit

Garnish: Lemon zest and a sprig of rosemary.

Suggested glass: Double Cognac Ballon (if possible) or highball
