How to Use Spruce Essential Oil
To make the most of the characteristics of this oil, we suggest the following application methods:
Environmental diffusion: To purify the air and promote concentration. Add a few drops to 100 ml of water in the diffuser.
Fumigations (Vapors): Ideal for respiratory health. Emulsify a few drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of coarse salt, dissolve in 1 liter of hot water, and inhale the vapors for about 20 minutes (keeping your eyes and mouth closed).
Relaxing bath: Dissolve a few drops in a fatty carrier (coarse salt, milk, cream, or honey) and pour into the hot bath water. The carrier is essential to prevent the oil from evaporating quickly with the heat.
Massages: For tired muscles, dilute a few drops in a tablespoon of vegetable oil (e.g. almond or jojoba) and massage the affected area.
