According to the Ministry of Health, juniper has a function on the urinary tract by stimulating the drainage of excess fluids. Its digestive function and beneficial effect on joint health are recognized.
It regulates the sweating process with a purifying function of the organism, particularly towards the well-being of the skin.
In naturopathy it is recommended in the presence of urinary tract disorders, rheumatism, arthritis, swelling of the legs, painful menstruation.

Suggested Uses:
- Room diffuser: choose between 3 and 6 drops in 100 ml. of water
- Massages: We recommend diluting a few drops of essential oil in a spoonful of oil using
- Food use: We recommend 1/2 drops per 100 gr. of food to be flavoured, to be added at the end of cooking (we suggest always starting with the lowest recommended dose to, if necessary, increase the drops in the future). This essential oil also goes very well in some cocktails
