It supports joint health and combats localized states of tension. It has anti-nausea properties, digestive function and benefits on regular intestinal motility and carminative capacity. It combats menstrual cycle disorders.
Aromatherapists say that Ginger essential oil stimulates the immune response, thanks to its great antibacterial properties.
It is also effective as a digestive, in cases of nausea and toothache.
It is used in massages to relieve rheumatic, muscular and arthritic pain.
It can therefore help phlegmatic, habituated, indecisive or simply lazy temperaments.

Suggested Uses and Dosage:
- Room diffuser: 3/4 drops in 100 ml of water.
- Bathtub: 5/6 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to be put in hot water (this serves to prevent the oil from volatilizing due to the heat).
- Massages: dilute a few drops of essential oil in a spoonful of oil through.
- Food use: We recommend 1/2 drops per 100 gr. of food as a flavouring to add at the end of cooking (we suggest always starting with the lowest recommended dose and, if necessary, increasing the drops in the future).
Warnings: Use in moderation. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
