Santa Bianca extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from the 400 organic olive trees of six different varieties on our farm.
Our oil is a vibrant green color because it is rich in chlorophyll and has a bouquet of surprising aromas that fill the mouth with a silky and clean sensation.
We hand-pick the olives so as not to ruin them and to obtain a very low acidity at the time of pressing, the mill we have selected extracts the oil exclusively cold and with the utmost care, the harvest that we concluded at the end of October 2023 has satisfied us very much and we are impatient to know what you think too!
