Swiss pine essential oil (Pinus Cembra) symbol of strength and light, it grows in high mountains and can withstand temperatures down to -40 degrees.

It is used in massages for circulation problems, bruises, strains, sprains, muscle tears and inflammation.

Swiss pine essential oil is relaxing and rebalancing.
Suggested Uses:
- Room diffuser: 2/3 drops in 100 ml of water. We suggest accompanying it with other essential oils.
- Bath tub: 5/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to be added to hot water in a full tub (this helps prevent the oil from volatilizing due to the heat)
- Massage: a little essential oil in a spoonful of oil through or neutral cream
- Food use: with eggs, meat, soups, We recommend 1/2 drops per 100 g of food to add flavour at the end of cooking (we suggest always starting with the lowest dose and possibly increasing it later).
