According to the Ministry of Health, it is an antioxidant and supports carbohydrate metabolism. It has digestive functions and benefits intestinal transit, also eliminating air.
A very powerful antibacterial, it was used to preserve meat. It activates thermogenesis, thus promoting the transformation of fats into energy.

It can be used in massage both to soothe muscle pain and as an anti-cellulite, in fact it has a toning action in favor of the circulatory system, has a powerful lipolytic action and stimulates circulation.

Considered an aphrodisiac, it keeps sadness at bay, that sense of uselessness that blocks any initiative.
Suggested Uses:
- Room diffuser: choose between 2 and 5 drops in 100 ml. of water
- Bath tub: we recommend 5 drops of essential oil (always dilute in a handful of salt or in a vegetable oil to prevent them from volatilizing)
- Massages: We recommend diluting 1 drop of essential oil in a tablespoon of oil via
- Food use: We recommend 1/2 drops per 100 gr. of food to be flavoured, to be added at the end of cooking (we suggest always starting with the lowest recommended dose to, if necessary, increase the drops in the future). This essential oil also goes very well in some cocktails
