Chaste Tree is an essential oil that affects the female hormonal cycle.
The German Ministry of Health recommends it because it is effective in cases of premenstrual syndrome, to regulate the cycle and in menopause, regulating anxiety and irritability. Dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil and massage the abdomen.
Chasteberry is also used in cases of reduced breast milk production.
It is called Monk's Pepper because it is used to suppress sexual desire in men.
Chaste tree has an acaricidal action and is a remedy in particular against red spider mites, polyphagous mite, considered one of the most dangerous pests of soybeans; in fact, it infests many vegetables (tomatoes, beans, etc.), ornamental trees and herbs, and most fruit trees.
Suggested Uses:
- Bath tub: 8/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to be put in hot water (serves to prevent the oil from volatilizing due to heat). We recommend, when using this oil, to mix it with other essential oils.
- Massages: We recommend diluting a few drops of essential oil in a spoonful of oil using
- Anti-mite spray: In a liter of hot water, dissolve two tablespoons of bicarbonate, add 10 drops of Chaste Tree essential oil, wait for the mixture to cool and apply generously to the affected areas.
Warnings: Do not use in case of chronic diseases.
