Thyme essential oil (Thymus vulgaris) it is a symbol of lasting love, of fidelity, it recalls the story of Ariadne, abandoned by Theseus and then loved by Dionysus.
By placing a sprig under your pillow, you will have dreams that can reveal the identity of true love. It can instill courage, tipping the scales in favor of decisions and action. In the Middle Ages, ladies embroidered thyme stalks on knights' jackets, so that they would not retreat in the face of danger.

The Ministry of Health recognizes its health benefits for the well-being of the nose and throat, its ability to thin bronchial secretions and its antioxidant action. It has a digestive function, regulates gastrointestinal motility and helps eliminate air.

Suggested Uses:
- Room diffuser: 2 drops in 100 ml of water.
- Fumigations: a few drops of essential oil in 1 liter of warm water and salt for about 20 minutes. Keep eyes and mouth closed.
- Bath tub: 3/4 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to be put in hot water (this helps prevent the oil from volatilizing due to the heat).
- Massages: dilute 1 drop of essential oil in a tablespoon of oil through.
- Food use: We recommend a maximum of 1 drop per 100g of food to be flavoured, to be added at the end of cooking (we suggest caution, the flavour is very strong).
Warnings: Always use with caution. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
