For this purpose it can be inhaled through a diffuser or used in the tub during a bath.
Here's how to do it:
- Room diffuser: 3/6 drops of Rosemary essential oil in 100 ml of water.
- Bath: 5/8 drops of Rosemary essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream honey to be put in hot water (this helps prevent the oil from volatilizing due to the heat).
