One of the ways to enjoy the benefits of Essential Oils is to use room diffusers.
There are several ways to spread the essential oils, from the classic essence burner with candle to the ultrasonic diffuser with or without water.
When we use the essence burner with the candle, we add to the water a number of drops equal to the square meters of the room in which we want to diffuse. If we choose particularly active oils or with a very intense fragrance, it is best to reduce by 50 or even 75%.
With the ultrasonic diffuser we can use a lower number of drops because the diffusion range is wider and also the evaporation is immediate.
A further difference between the two diffusion methods is that those with the candle, therefore with a flame, heat the water and also the essential oil inside it and sometimes this process risks causing the loss of some of the properties of the essential oils, while the ultrasonic ones do not heat the water and therefore do not alter the properties of the oils.
There are no contraindications to diffusion and all essential oils are suitable, which we can choose based on their properties, keeping in mind the effect we want to obtain.
You can use single oils or mix them together.
Essential oils extracted from citrus fruits are very suitable for creating an atmosphere of lightness and serenity.

The Mandarin It is very useful when there are children or when we want to reduce competition and encourage teamwork.

Balsamic essential oils can be used to refresh and disinfect.
The eucalyptus It is very suitable for combating drowsiness and can also be used in car diffusers. In synergy with peppermint it is able to lower the room temperature by at least a couple of degrees!
Myrtle essential oil It is great when we need to clean the environment from negative energies and make the mind free.
