📣 For this edition of Gin Week Santa Bianca, Pinch – Spirits & Kitchen and Gin Day invite you to spend the juniper week at the bar counter.

4⃣ For 4 days Santa Bianca will move to Pinch – Kitchen & Spirits with all its highly scented essential oils, filling the air of the place and your drinks with citrus fruits, herbs, spices, flowers and resins.

🍸 We have prepared a special menu to let you try a new and more complete sensory experience from 4 absolute protagonists of mixology: Agostino Perrone & Giorgio Bargiani (Connaught Bar London), Enrico Gonzato aka Vivimiscelato (Mezzanine at Stratford Hotel London), Luca Picchi (Caffè Gilli Florence) and Erik Viola (Pinch Spirits & Kitchen Milan).
From Thursday 10th to Saturday 12th September the Pinch staff will prepare the creations of these bartenders with whom Santa Bianca has collaborated for years.

🚀 The program doesn't stop here, on Sunday 13 September we close with a bang by bringing Enrico Gonzato to the Pinch Spirits & Kitchen counter, hosted by the host Erik Viola, who will present 3 signature drinks from the Mezzanine Bar at Stratford Hotel made with Essentia Blend “Mercato Coperto”, a blend created by Santa Bianca in collaboration with Enrico and to be discovered as an absolute preview.
