The day will be divided into two parts:
In the afternoon, meet at Donkey in vicolo Broglio 1/F at 3.00 pm for a Masterclass dedicated to Essentia. In addition to Enrico Gonzato, Essentia brand ambassador, Geronimo Gaiaschi, Essentia Brand Manager, will also be present, who will tell the behind the scenes of our Food & Cocktail finishes, addressing topics such as the distillation of essential oils, the perception of taste and the creation of emotions and memories through smell.
From 10pm onwards Enrico will take over the counter at Bamboo in Strada Grande 23/C to let you savour drinks flavoured with Essentia.
