On the occasion of the GIN day 2021 in Milan which will take place on September 13th we are happy to announce the activities of Santa Bianca – Essential Oils.
During the day we will be present at the event which will be held at the Megawatt Court in via Watt n.13 with a stand where you can taste our 50 Essentia Cocktail Finish, our line of food essential oils sprays, and our brand new Liquor N.4.
During the day we will be accompanied by Henry Gonzato And Morris Mau, two of our friends and professionals with whom we have been collaborating for several years.
Enrico Gonzato will also be the protagonist behind the counter, in the afternoon you will find him at the Negroni bar set up inside the GINday, while in the evening, at the end of the fair, we will move to Pinch Spirits & Kitchen where you can taste some of the cocktails from the new drink list of the The Carlton Tower Jumeirah Hotel London where Enrico is Head of Mixology, every drink on his menu is flavoured with one of our Essentia Cocktail Finishes.

Henry Gonzato: our friend and professional with whom we have collaborated for many years and of whom we have already published some recipes.
In his new role as Head Mixologist at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London, he and his team have created a drinks list of 10 cocktails, each paired with one of our Essentia Cocktail Finishes.
Morris Mau: a bartender from Milan, he has been accompanying us to fairs and events for many years. He recently took part in Stanley Tucci's show "Searching for Italy" presenting his Black Saffron Martini. He is currently following the opening of the Modigliani terrace bar in Venice at the Modigliani museum.
Geronimo Gaiaschi: after working for 20 years in the world of nightlife and hospitality, he has decided to permanently enter the family business, he will be present at the fair and at Pinch to explain how we work and the potential of our Essentia Cocktail Finish.
