Cocoa Pudding with Bitter Orange Essential Oil

Cocoa and bitter orange go very well together, and if you use a very good essential oil like ours, the combination is fantastic!

INGREDIENTS

500ml of Milk

40g of cocoa

40g corn starch

70g sugar

Bitter Orange Essential Oil

procedure

Sift the powders into a bowl and gradually add the milk so as not to create lumps.

Add 4 drops of bitter orange essential oil to the mixture.

Once you have obtained a smooth cream, transfer it to a saucepan and cook over low heat.

Once the cream has thickened well, transfer it to a mold and place it in the refrigerator for about two hours.

Unmold the pudding and serve it chilled.
