INGREDIENTS

For the crudités

4 spring onions, cut into wedges
4 small courgettes, cut into pieces
2 fennels, cut into wedges
8 radishes
8 cherry tomatoes
8 celery sticks
8 carrot sticks
2 Belgian endives, cut into wedges
other vegetables to taste

For the Flavoured Oil

1L EVO oil + 1 drop of Basil Essential Oil, 2 drops of Black Pepper Essential Oil, 3 drops of Green Mandarin Essential Oil (use only what you need for the recipe, and keep the rest in a glass bottle, away from sunlight or heat sources and use it as needed)

For 250ml of scented oil: 2 pinches of salt dissolved in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Prepare the dressing with oil and salt dissolved in lemon
pour it into 4 cups
Arrange the vegetables in 4 glasses or bowls, and serve everything
